    Q2. What is the product warranty period?

    The complete UPS and inverter units come with a 2‑year warranty. Energy‑storage battery cells are warranted for 10 years or 6000 cycles, whichever comes first. Please refer to the product manual or confirm with our sales staff for exact details.

    Q3. What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

    Standard models feature a low MOQ, flexibly meeting the needs of distributors and small‑to‑medium‑sized projects. For bulk purchases and custom‑made products, terms are subject to specific negotiation. Inquiries are welcome.

    Q4. What is the typical delivery lead time?

    Standard items ship within 7‑15 days; custom‑made orders take 25‑45 days. Overseas orders are delivered via sea or air freight, and door‑to‑door logistics service is available.
